If you are not satisfied with your item and would like to return or exchanage, we would like to help you to do that. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund.
Please note that we only take the items that are in their original condition & packaging and have not been worn or washed.

Please note: The customers have to cover the costs of a return. It is not Neunest's responsibility.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
