According to Greek, Cypriot, Anatolian and Middle Eastern tradition, wearing an evil eye charm will protect you against the curse of the eye or, in Greek, mati. The curse is said to stem from the emotions of others such as envy, anger and, as some believe, through positive emotions such as admiration. It is said to cause harm or bad luck to the person who receives such a curse. Be safe and wear this around or neck or gift to a person with a streak of bad luck.

Each pendant is handcrafted by two brothers, George and Panagiotis, in the picturesque village of Lefkara, in a workshop they have been running since 1968.
